Last week, Hai Money was proud to take part as a sponsor at the MFAA’s The You Difference National Conference, held in Melbourne, Victoria. The event brought together brokers, lenders, aggregators, and key players across the mortgage and finance sector – and our VIC team had an incredible time being right in the heart of it.
Organised by the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA), this year’s conference centred around a powerful theme: The You Difference – placing the spotlight on the strength of human connection and communication in today’s broking industry. For Hai Money, this message resonated deeply. While tools and technology continue to transform the way we do business, at the core of successful broking remains one constant – people.
At our exhibition booth, our VIC team had the opportunity to connect with hundreds of professionals, share Hai Money’s journey, and demonstrate how our broker-first model is built around genuine relationships, transparency, and long-term support. We loved hearing real stories from brokers doing incredible work in their communities – and learning how we can continue evolving to serve them even better.
The energy across the conference was electric. From keynote sessions and panel discussions to one-on-one conversations and networking opportunities, it was clear that our industry thrives not just on deals and data – but on trust, empathy, and collaboration. These are the values we’ve built our platform on, and they continue to guide every decision we make.
We’re especially proud of our VIC team, who represented Hai Money with professionalism, passion, and purpose throughout the event. Their presence was more than just about brand visibility – it was about being part of a bigger conversation that’s shaping the future of broking in Australia.
