Melbourne Roadshow 2025: Building Relationships, Not Just Business

Scaling a business is one thing – doing it with heart, integrity, and intention is another.

At Hai Money, we’re not just growing for the sake of it. We’re building something meaningful. And our 2025 Melbourne Roadshow was a great example of that: a celebration of community, collaboration, and our next chapter as we expand beyond Sydney.

Held at the beautiful All Smiles Melbourne Waterfront, the event brought together over 80 finance professionals from across Victoria and beyond. With the theme “Bridging Markets, Building Futures,” the day was all about creating real connections, sharing knowledge, and exploring new growth opportunities together.

More Than a Networking Event

From start to finish, the energy in the room was a clear sign of a community coming together. Brokers, BDMs, lenders, and partners spent time connecting, learning, and having meaningful conversations about where the industry is headed – and how Hai Money can help them get there.

The roadshow wasn’t just about us; it was about creating space for brokers to meet, network, and discover new partnership opportunities. Growing with Purpose

Since welcoming our first broker in January 2024, we’ve grown to 149 brokers across Australia as of May 2025. It’s been an exciting ride – from 40 brokers at the end of our six-month soft launch to nearly 100 by the end of 2024, and now well past that milestone. But we’re not rushing. We’re focused on sustainable, value-led growth that puts brokers first.

Tools That Make a Difference

We also gave attendees a sneak peek at two AI-powered tools launching in the second half of this year – designed specifically to support brokers with day-to-day efficiency:

  • AI Credit: A fast, smart way to match clients with credit policies, saving time and simplifying research.
  • Referral System: A streamlined lead distribution tool that helps brokers grow their businesses and manage referral relationships more effectively.

We’re investing in the tech that makes brokers’ lives easier, not more complicated.
